When the loco was first recorded, before the May 2008 earthquake, it was described as being at a (disused) ore bunker. The above company is listed as a (mining?) producer of apatite and phosphate rock, which are both used in the production of fertiliser. Reduce the size of the Google Map location of the factory to show it is definitely in Hanwang.
